I don't know of a site, but I know a little bit about this:

a score of 100 is considered normal intelligence
a standard deviation is 30 points
a score of 70 is considered seriously impaired
a score of 130 is considered mentally gifted

Do me a favor and mentally stick the word "generally" in front of "considered" in each of those statements. <s>
