Hi Rudolfo,

Thank you for the (imaginary) stars. And I guess you also noticed that my reply was the first one on this thread? I really think these threads, which appears every second day under different headlines, are a waste of time and energy. :-)

>In my oppinion, you deserve three stars for your anwser. ;-) I really do not know why people discuss this subject. You said all: Nobody knows and those who know will say nothing!...
>
>And I keep working with VFP today, and I'm going to use it for some years... It is the point!
>
>Cheers!

>>Hi Stuart,
>>
>>To give you a straight answer: Nobody knows, or those who know are not allowed to say anything. The rumour that VFP is dead has been out for the last 10-12 years, and VFP9 will be released later this year (October?). So it is definitively not dead yet.

>>And, by the way, any debate on this topic will only put more nails into the coffin!
>>
>>>I would like to know if Fox is on its way out?
>>>Hentzenwerke is no longer going to publish Fox books, Pinnacle no longer publishing FoxTalk, no more FoxPro conferences at Whilfest. Is the industry trying to tell as something?
