I have most of my old messages from beta testing FRX2PRG, corresponding with both Kathy and Pete -- and I'm pretty sure that they wrote it together.

But Kathy worked for Platinum Software then (which means she worked for Pete), so Pete would most likely have the rights.

The main point is that nobody has the right to distribute FRX2PRG freely unless Pete has said so, IMHO.

Pete Olympia (Platinum Software) used to have one called FRX2PRG. It was
pretty cool.

Don't have his CIS ID in my address book either...

Check recent copies of FPA to see if they still advertise.
