I do not think too much of Oracle's developer products, Dev2000 and especially not Power Objects. What took over 10 minutes in Power Objects to create a simple login form took about a minute in VFP. Their tools are not OOP.
Oddly enough, I use the manuals that came with the Oracle products -- Administrator's Guide, SQL, etc. The Admin guides will provide lists in the back of all the Oracle system tables and the fields (data dictionary). I have yet to buy a 3rd party book on Oracle.
