As you write, it would be completely stupid of Microsoft NOT to sell VFP9 as a seperate product. And since the guys at Microsoft are not stupid, the only sensible conclusion is that VFP9 WILL be sold as a separate product. And I also see absolutely no reason why there should be no upgrade offers, so he should not be so concerned about the
investment his company must make. :-)
