I want to call the program twncheckprg.prg

I am writing the following:
Do "Programs\twncheckprg.prg"

For all the programs i do the same, but for this particular program i am recieving this error.

cannot create file c:\ccs_code\programs\twncheckprg.prg

I do have the program located in that path.
Can you please tell me, Am i suppose to change anything.
