When I try to install the Microsoft WSE 1.0 Setting Tools, I get the following error:

Error 1001.Unable to get installer types in the c:\program files\microsoft wse\v1.0.2312\unsupported\wsesettings\wsesettings.dll assembly. --> One or more of the types in the assembly unable to load.

Anyone knows what is wrong?
