Try PDM here ?? its in the download section.
Will make output in HTML .
but will take what ever tables you have in a project, or in database container for a project - so if you don't have relationships defined in the dbc ? it won't show them [ie - any programmatic relationships that are set at run time, say in forms DE area]

If you have Visual InterDev 6 - you can open up a database project, read in your database container via oledb - and most things will show up there.
