hi all,
i recently upgraded to outlook xp from office 2k. it placed an icon on my desktop and i want to remove it but i get a warning that the 'Outlook desktop icon provides special functionality and we recommend that you do not remove it'. i like my desktop to be clear and am wondering if anyone knows that this extra functionality is.
also since i installed outlook xp it has slowed down drastically my word when opening attachments.
