I did some mondo soul-sucking search for CRM and Sales Force Automation Open Source Projects there - I think I am gonna settle with XRMS for now.

Compiere looks good to me as well.

I know there is some decent room to make it in ERP systems, but I'm more interested in SFA/CRM apps at the moment.

I got XRMS to work in my lab with both WAMP and LAMP test beds, and took
an instance and put it on a 'net server, then wrote a quick and dirty
app in VFP to load data via odbc/tcpip back to a mySql Server.
