I guess doing a reinstall couldn't hurt... just make sure you remove the HOME(7) folder after as the uninstall doesn't remove it. Then, do the reinstall.

>I noticed that strange things happens after the form is released, even coding a lot in the "destroy" of the form: CRViewer.ReportSource = NULL, releasing the objects oReport and oCrystal, and ThisForm.ReleaseObject("CRViewer") ... nothing works - if the form is called again in sequence, VFP crashes.
>It seems like something that refers to the Crystal components are not beeing released. A simple USE ? or a DO FORM ? from the command window also does not open the dialog, the cursor just moves to the next line and nothing happens.

>>>But, back to the point, I have created all classes and forms according to your suggestions on chapter 12 and everything is working fine on VFP 7, but not on version 8. I have not even thinked about those FoxUser files, and can´t even remember where they are ... I´m on the way to try to find them :)

>>>But, forgive my ignorance - what do those files have to do with the Crystal Preview object ?
>>
>>They'll track information about the VFP form that you're using.
