I think you have a misconception of how COM works. You can call a .Net COM DLL that is multi-threading from a a non-multithreaded COM object.
But you cannot call 'directly' into a COM DLL with AddressOf...
I think you need to understand how multi-threading works in .Net (or anywhere for this matter)... you're not being very clear as to what you are actually trying to accomplish.
