I'm looking for a form to control who did what at what place and when he did.

This kind of form is needed because hours have already been paid by the customer. We need a way to make the client sign that form so that we can have a perfect control over the services that were delivered. That way everybody will know how much time is left in the bank of hours accumulated.

Besides that need would there be a place on the net where I could get sample forms for everyday business tasks?
