People should stop making uneducated asumptions about VFP within Microsoft and asking about internal business aspects of VFP within Microsoft. If someone cares greatly about business aspects of VFP, then spend the time educating someone new about VFP, speak at an event, convince someone using an older version of VFP to upgrade to VFP 8.0, etc.
