What I've done in the past is check for the existance of 'mFormName' with WVISIBLE() and the ACTIVATE WINDOW, i.e.
IF WVISIBLE(mFormName)
  ACTIVATE WINDOW &mFormName
ELSE
  DO FORM &mFormName
ENDIF
You may want to restore the form if it was minimized. HTH
