When my users would best be served by including copy righted material, I write the copyright owner and ask for permission. I have also received inquiries from other shops to include utilities and "free ware" I have written. They ask for perimission and / or about my "licensing program".

Write Microsoft (or private message Ken) and ask for permission and terms!
