It is very easy.when select olecontrol,in PICTURE FROM select FILE and type your picture path. for example

if your project is in d:\myproj and your pictures is in d:\myproj\pictures and you have a table that name is pictable and have a field name picname(that content is help.jpg)
you must type : "pictures\"+pictable.picname for picture path.
