Assuming that you are referring to HTML frames, the source htm for each part of the frame is a separate file if the data is static and being served up from an .htm file. However, if the content of a frame or the entire group of frames is being created dynamically on each hit, just use the URL of the frame you want by itself.

Of course, I may be misunderstanding your question. :-)
