As I see it, the KEYBOARD command stufes "hello" into keyboard buffer. After that WAIT WINDOW runs, reads "h" from keyboard buffer and exits as it suppouse to.
>If you create the program having those two lines, and from the command window:

>you will not see the window with "hello", and on the command window you will see:

>indicating the first line works, and the first letter "h" kills wait window.
