One thing to keep in mind is that if multiple users are hitting this box at the same time, they might run into problems unless you specifically give each one local workspace (temp dir's) where they can work. That's the hardest concept for most people to consider.. we always create an app, and only one person runs it on their computer at one time. But in this scenario, multiple people are going to be doing the same things at the same time on the same machine.
If you use a shared registry, some simple c:\temp dir, etc - it will cause problems.
Also, unless you need Citrix, I would suggest looking into just using MS Terminal Server - they have added a lot of the features that Citrix offered to the basic MS Server.
