OK...I know how both work (well, I know more about tab pages, having used them more).

What would be a reason why someone would prefer one over the other?

I was a little frustrated at first with the tab page, because I couldn't set the background color of the tab itself (until I started using the tab page from the library called MagicLirary). Now I can pretty much do anything I need to with a tab page.

So any advantages to using a tab strip?
