I got around this problem by installing a generic text only print driver on the computer printing the report. This will work except you will loose the ability to print bold, change print size....

The other option that I have not tried is to use the frx file and change all the fonts to a printer font at runtime. Dot matrix printers will change to graphic mode if the font is not a built in printer font.

Our reports tend to change on an annual basis (or more frequently) so we do not want to have to modify duplicates of all reports on a regular basis.
