I personally do not have experience managing a Citrix server. Our client sites have their own IT staff that is in charge of maintaining their servers. All I do is make sure they install our app properly onto the server.

You might want to try posting in a newsgroup (like alt.os.citrix), or check out Citrix's website (www.citrix.com) for more information.
