I've had the same problem only today. I am editing the table, buffer mode 5. If I add a record I can edit no problem. After I comit the update and revisit the data and edit it, any new values I edit immediatley revert to zero, the default. The revert occurs as I tab out of the text box. There is nothing special about the grid. The recordsource is a table and all text boxes are readonly = .f.. Stumped!
