10 connection should not be a problem for a test Web applications. Remember HTTP connections are not permanent. XP Pro is not meant for a live server though - it's meant for testing and for workgroup connections primarily, although functionally it's a full (somewhat crippled) version of IIS.

FWIW, the same issues apply if you use another Web Server like Apache. The 10 connection limit exists for XP as an OS not for IIS per se, so for a commercial application legally you have to use Server...
