Gunnar, I am not totally finished yet, but would like to send you the work in progress for your comments.

I dropped bin and page selection from form. Added fast printing on dot matrix printers, condensed printing on same, and print to width in graphic printers. The last doesn't work completely because VFP will not print a report with a fractional font, though I calculate it :)
