Is this Windows NT 4.0 Workstation or Server? Do the rest of the machines appear under "Network Neighborhood\Entire Network\..."?

This may be related to the fact the the Windows 95 machines use Windows Peer-to-peer networking in the default login. If you're using the NT 4.0 Server, and set it up as domain controller, have you tried having the Windows 95 machines to logon on the NT 4.0 domain by default?
