Terminal servicer recomends not using wallpaper (for performance reasons), but you can use one if you want, but make it a simple one with the server name on it, or have your user do as I do, and in the settings for their terminal server connection, set it not to run in full screen, but in a window. (second tab on the properties, and have them check the icon button on the same page, it helps.
