The VFP class that implements events has to exactly match interface it emplements. Looks like interface's changed in Excel 2003. It means that you'll have to create separate class for Excel 2003 events. After that you can instantiate and bind appropriate one based on the Excel version running.

>That appears to get me past implementing the right source. Now there is a major problem with Excel Implements. As in, it doesn't work with 2003. Now, everytime I try it, I get "Class cannot be instantiated because Member 'WORKBOOKEVENTS_Sync' is not found." Any ideas?
