I tested your code as shown below and it will not run or send the email as it is because you don't have a value for
oMail.From
I am pretty sure that you do not need to manually set this property if you have OE installed and configured on the client computer. I think that the only time you need to set this manually is if you are loading the cdo configuration manually.
