I think I know what you mean. You are probably making reference to a new window which is opened, such as from the More: listbox, and that it won't maximize. That is normal. We are not forcing a new window to maximize. We simply launch the URL into a new window. Based on the last IE opened window, usually, it will be opened based on the last preferences.
