Hi David
Wow, this is fantastic. Finally you got through my slow brain <g>. Of all this aselobj got my attention. I tried writing a hand made builder but was not very successful and the time constraints. So I got the builderB by Ken to make a simple builder in it's init() method only. So I open the SplashForm, I already had a custom menu loaded now I select it to DO a prg which in turns instantiates this builderb, the init method now addobject()s and set it's properties and also populates the init() method of the SplashForm using WriteMethod()
No wonder FoxPro community is a DieHard community. This is great and I am now thinking of expanding my prg DO CASEing to further the small routine tasks like this. I was used to associating builder to textboxes, checkboxes and firing them by right clicking. This instance was not in that category as then I was first required to fill in the builderx property for the SplashForm.
If you still have a better way to accomplish what I have just done then please let me know.
Thanks a lot for your help, this has opened a lot of automation ideas for me.
