You need to add it in the IntelliSense Manager:

1) Tools | IntelliSense Manager
2) Click on Types tab
3) Click Type Libraries button
4) Find Word in the list (something like Microsoft Word 9.0 Object Library) and check it.
5) Click Done.
6) Click OK to close the IntelliSense Manager.
