Thanks for your advise.
I downloaded the Netadvantage 2004 Vol. 1
I added the Ultrawebtree control to my tool box.
I created a new MM.Net CS Web application
On the Webform1.aspx I dropped the Ultrawebtree control from my toolbox.
Executed the application. I get errors on the web page as follows:

Compilation Error
Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: CS0011: Referenced class 'Infragistics.WebUI.UltraWebNavigator.UltraWebTree' has base class or interface 'Infragistics.WebUI.Shared.IUltraLicensedComponent' defined in an assembly that is not referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'Infragistics.WebUI.Shared.v2'.

I have following three infragistics reference in the references:
Infragistics.WebUI.Design.v1
Infragistics.WebUI.Shared.v2
infragistics.webui.ultrawebnavigator.v3.1

Please advise me.
