Your code works fine for logging into Universalthread.
I found the input fields in :
loForm2 = loDoc.forms(1)

Our intranet application (login) has as far as I see no frames.

I've copied the site into frontpage and pasted it into a word document (HTML)
I will send it to you via mail.
