I've had the form appear not maximized in the IDE. I haven't had a problem in the compiled app, though.

Yet when the report is run, the report toolbar is docked in the screen as it should be but the form appears maximized but it is not. The size is just the right size but it is not actually maximized. I have to click on the mazimize button to actually maximize it and then the horizontal scrollbar becomes visible.
