Hi anyone,
I've got a legacy app that is failing upon an ActiveX reference now that it is being run on a certain new XP PC. It runs correctly on other OS PCs as well as other new XP PCs. Any clues to diagnos & remedy this one?

Here's the scenario:
- a VFP8 SP1 compiled EXE on a network drive of a file server
- the EXE has a certain form that contains an ActiveX control: specifically, its a OleControl referencing the calendar class (OleClass = MSCAL.Calendar.7)
- various users (Win98, W2K, XP) have local installs of VFP8 runtime and desktop icons that will run the EXE
- all users (Win98, W2K, XP) except one (XP) are able to run the ActiveX calendar control. The failing XP PC reports an error upon first code refernce to the ActiveX calendar control as: error# 1426, OLE error code 0x8002802b "Element not found."

VFP8 HELP tells me that this calendar is part of the Microsoft Foundation Classes library (MFCDLL). Do I need to assure MFCDLL is registered or < ? >

TIA for any ideas,
Steven-
