Wanted add, that it is not the form, it is the box that the form
appears within that does not come up full screen size.
The form behaves nicely once I expand the window within which it is enclosed.
For the form, I have
WindowState = 2 maximized
thisForm.Width = sysmetric(1)
thisForm.Heigth = sysmetric(2)
