Since my computer is called GigaQuad, my startup is the Enterprise computer: "Program complete, enter when ready". My incoming e-mail is a Worf sound bite: "Captain -- incoming message". My fatal error is the Three Stooges "nyuk, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk". My favorite one is my shutdown -- Commander Data: "Computer, execute complete shutdown of the Holodeck".

I was trying to find somewhere to use Marvin Martian's "Oh Goody", but haven't decided where it fits yet (bg). I'm also trying to locate a sound byte from Home Alone 3 for an alternate startup -- the parrot saying "What's on your mind, monkey b*tt?"
