I have a VFP 8 program that has a "Help" menu pad.

The name of the compiled help file is QDMS2004Help.chm

In the menu I had used 'run /n1 hh.exe 'qdmshelp2004.chm' to trigger the help file. All worked well in development.

When I distribute the exe to other machines, it errors with "Cannot run 'qdms2004help.chm" from both the menu and F1. If I go to Windows explorer and double click on the chm file, it launches....and, after that, the F1 and menu calls work fine.

What do I need to do to get this to work on the first call?
