Thought of that, but it means the employee having to "reselect" the email. Some of these guys have 100+ emails in their inbox. They are running outlook at the time and are highlighting/reading the message I want, so it seems backwards to get them to select again from all the messages in their inbox.

The only other idea I came up with was for them to "forward" the message to a dummy account with the job number in the subject and my app could open those "incoming" messages.
