The ColumnOrder and Width values would give you the position and size. You could then build a cursor with the data in generic titled fields (fld1,fld2 etc.) and have an .FRX that reports those standard fields, but I don't know how you could do the widths. You may need to look at something like MindsEyeReportEngine.
