The first one will be faster because if it find that Field1 not = "1" then it wont evaluate the second part of the condition. Alos in the second choice, it will evaluate if Field1 = "1" twice.

Keep in mind that would make a significant difference only if the table is very big and if it happens often that Field1 not = "1"
