But you're right - permissions are a PITA .
I think something is missing from the files he's copied over ..
But that's not all of it -
if win2000 ? and all runs well logged in as God ?
and c5's when logged in as a 'user'? its the rights on several things - but there should be more on the error log .
Base really should be
W2K SP2
VFP8 SP 1

and if still getting those errors ? yeesh - time to grant permissions
once logged in as admin ... sometimes a trivial thing, sometimes not... [mostly not] ..
