Dragen,

As you say, it is default Windows behavior.

Actually, the tool tip text that displays when you mouse over the Maximize button says "Restore Down" (in WinXp) which makes even less sense than just Restore. Assuming that I am going to Restore Down, when did I Restore Up.... I thought I Maximized, so I want to Un-Maximize or DeMaximize or even Reverse Mazimize..... But what do I know....

With all of the other great things happening, the close box and the missed clicks are a minor annoyance we can live with.

Long Live the Fox.

Namely, when you maxamize one, they all maxamize, and when you restore one, they all restore. I'm not sure who decided on that little bit of standardization, but they missed the boat in my opinion.

>Nope, that's default Windows windows behavior. Open three documents in Word or Excel, maximize one, flip through windows, they are all maximized. Restore one, they all restore.

>Ummm, another badly chosen word... window restores. When did it drive backwards (i.e. when did it backup)? Or did it remove something and is now restoring it?
