I believe it was I who "speculated". I have no further information regarding the new report writer in VFP9 than what has already been made public. I was not trying to start any kind of Crystal bashing here. If Crystal does the job of creating and displaying reports from within a VFP app and the users are happy with the results then great. Mission accomplished.

However, I was simply trying to say that you should not assume that the work the VFP team has put into improving the VFP report writer is so far behind Crystal that it could not possibly live up to Crystal.

Let's wait and see. I have a lot of faith in Ken L :)
