Another day another challenge.

I have a machine that will not perform the tableupdate command. I thought it was a user issue. However, the same user can use another machine just fine. Also when I log on the machine it will still not work. I get the error that SQL statements require prepared parameters(something like this). It happens on the SQLEXEC command. Any ideas?
