It's "by design" and shouldn't cause any problems. See BUG: User Databases Do Not Contain INFORMATION_SCHEMA Views in SQL Server 2000 mskb #294350.

They did not make it to the SQL 2000 server, but everything else did. The front end for these DB's are html pages that I am not able to redirect to do any testing yet.
