Working on credit card authorizaiton program that requires bitmap settings. Looking for a sample or a function to convert Hex or Binary to Chr. I have to set bits to 0 or 1 based on the program requirements and have to send back the matching character.

Example:

ReturnValue = BinToChr("01101100")
