Thanks Kevin, that's a great link - full of useful info.

As far as .NET goes, MS has put so much money into it that it is here to stay. I suppose we have to remember we are still effectively on version 1 so we can expect v2 and v3 to move .NET forward considerably. That said, I like v1 and, while there is an initial steep learning curve, it is well worth the effort.
